Safety & Comfort of our Client

We appreciate the business our clients offer us. To ensure their safety and comfort we have laid out a few guidelines for you to consider when staying with us

Valuables:

The hotel is not responsible for valuables kept in the rooms. Personal items of value can be stored at the reception. Ensure the receptionist or duty manager acknowledges receipt of your valuables.

Guest Security

Armed Protection is provided to the hotel. Guests need not worry about their security while with us.

Vehicle Security

The hotel has parking for its residents though small. Should any of our guests not be able to find parking inside, we have additional external parking, well secured and guarded to ensure safely of Guest’s vehicles.

Power Supply

We occasionally experience power outages from the national grid. We do however have a standby generator to guarantee lighting. Do not use any high voltage equipment should you notice that a generator has been turned on. The cost of energy is also high. We kindly request our guest to use the power in an eco-responsible way and turn off the lights when leaving the room.

House Keeping

As part of our services, your room will be cleaned every day. For conservation purposes, bed sheets and towels are only changed upon request. If you would like to receive fresh towels, please leave the used ones on the bathroom floor.

Hot Water

Water heaters have been automatically set for your room. Please do not make any adjustments on the heating equipment inside your room. The service team will turn on the heaters when our guests have entered the room. Should you not be ready to bathe immediately, let us know when the heater system can be turned on for you.

Room Hygiene, Safety and Environmental Commitment

We seek to avoid negative impact on the environment and the health of our clients. For this reason, we request the following from our guests in the room.
  1. Kindly use water sparingly.
  2. Should you have any form of entertainment in your room, do please keep the volume low to avoid inconveniencing other guests.
  3. Should you have a baby, please inform the service team to help you with bed wetting control sheets.
  4. All our rooms are strictly non smoking.
  5. Should you want to smoke, please use the balcony outside your room.
  6. Laundry services are provided by our service team at a cost.
  7. Kindly contact us should you require this service including ironing your clothes.
  8. Should you require any small items for your hygiene e.g. Toothpastes etc., you can buy them at our mini shop in-house. Please contact the Receptionist or Duty Manager.
